And today Mike Pence announced he wouldn't be appealing the Fed'l Appeals Court decision that he must appear in front of J6 grand jury. Between this announcement and the one yesterday where Trump aides lost their bid to be recused from J6 testimony, where Jack Smith's team promptly put Ken Cuchinelli on the stand, it's a pretty bad week for Trump world.

His aides; Meadows, O'Brien, Ratcliffe, Cuchinelli & Miller will be compelled to testify. Trump attorneys may appeal to SCOTUS but SCOTUS has already ruled in another similar case that they must testify.
