So I take it you didn't read the link I gave. She reads all the court filings, subpoenas as well as the articles posted. Then she puts together timelines which always prove to catch things that other media outlets miss.

More speculation and heresay from unnamed sources. Unless you have the actual FBI or special council report in hand, perhaps its better to wait for the actual facts to come out. And if you guys are accusing someone of a crime, it might be better to wait for a court of law to determine that finding.

IMO, you are making all of us on the left look bad by buying into this media circus. The media puts this stuff out on a daily basis to generate income.

To judge an articles validity, look for key words in the story such as '"pointing to possible obstruction" or "said the people, who like others interviewed for this article spoke on the condition of anonymity".

At this point, its just heresy fellows.

There is a law process in this country and something we used to value, ie the presumption of innocence until proven guilty. Perhaps it's time to return to those values?

It is a bombshell revelation and also puts the Biden & Pence docs found into perspective because neither of those two have put up any kind of resistance but instead have cooperated throughout.

There's strong reason to believe that Trump STILL is obstructing justice by hiding more documents. Too many empty folders laying around.

The additional evidence comes as investigators have used emails and text messages from a former Trump aide to help understand key moments last year, said the people, who like others interviewed for this article spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss an ongoing criminal investigation.

The new details highlight the degree to which special counsel Jack Smith’s investigation into the potential mishandling of hundreds of classified national security papers at Trump’s Florida home and private club has come to focus on the obstruction elements of the case — whether the former president took or directed actions to impede government efforts to collect all the sensitive records.

These people said prosecutors have collected evidence that Trump ignored requests from multiple advisers to return the documents to the archives over a period of a year, that he asked advisers and lawyers to release false statements claiming he had returned all documents, and that he grew angry after being subpoenaed for the documents.

Investigators also have evidence that Trump sought advice from other lawyers and advisers on how he could keep documents after being told by some on his team that he could not, people familiar with the investigation said. They have collected evidence that multiple advisers warned Trump that trying to keep the documents could be legally perilous.
