Though the non disclosure may not be illegal it's still a big deal to withhold from the American public that oh by the way we have loans out to a Korean company that does business with a recognized enemy of our country. I commented on another thread that Trump & Co have never been known for the liquidity which makes this payoff as well as the Trump University $20 mil, both within 6 months of gaining office, smell pretty suspicious.
