Anyone who read the analysis of the Mueller report parts I & 2 knows that Barr was lying through his teeth when he told America that Mueller hadn't found reason to charge Trump in the Russia investigation. Now, through a FOIA (Freedom of Information Act) request the underlying memo from the DoJ's OLC has been released to the public. As law professor and retired prosecuting attorney Joyce Vance puts it:
