Yes the Methow is good for climbing, on rock, bicycles, skis, and sometimes ice depending on the time of year.
Lots of info available on line. If you are talking about rock, might be best to check with the "goats beard" store in Mazama to see what is open and accessible. (Fun Rocks might work)

Is Methow Valley good for Climbing?
I'm planning with my family to visit this place for climbing next month. I hope the COVID restriction will cool down. One of my kids has difficulty breathing so is portable oxygen available for visitors? Well, I have his supplemental oxygen, but I'm still asking.
