Been a busy week in court for the MAGA crews; Navarro loses his bid on executive privilege, Biggs gets sentenced to 17 years for his J6 attack, Tario up next and then another one where prosecutors are asking for 30 year sentences, NYAG filing motion to have judge make a decision in the case in Sept, Fanni Willis asking court for all 18 defendants to be granted a speedy trial, to start in Oct, Trump lenders lost their case to keep their names and details sealed by the court so they will be available for public view, Smith interviewing Trump associates asking just how often Rudy was drunk and did Trump rely on his drunken lawyer's advice rather than listening to the sober lawyers?

Meanwhile, the NY case is heating up with determinations that Trump overstated his worth by over $2.2 billion. A group of lenders to Trump has tried to block the specifics of their involvement but a judge has ruled that they cannot keep that information under seal. The case is set to begin in 34 days.

Even the Reps in Congress are commenting that there is no evidence that President Biden allowed himself to be influenced by Hunter's business associates.

On the other hand, there are mountains of evidence, from these 4 filings as well as the J6 committe and the Senate investigation that Trump broke laws in order to benefit himself.

Ken, the extraordinary charges levelled against Trump are brought according to a timeline based on the law and its process. Largely due to Trump's own obstruction these last years, where the courts on up to the SCOTUS had to come into play & where Trump lost continually, the process has extended out. His common tactic of delay and more delay has landed him here, now.

His lawyers tried again yesterday before the DC judge to delay, this time for that trial to be held in 2026, but the Judge recognized that they hadn't used correct stats in their argument and once she applied the corrected stats that's when she came up with the March 2024 trial.
