Jon Stewart asks Pentagon where'd the $ go?

Jon Stewart needs to learn the difference between waste fraud and abuse and an audit. The FS has/had an untold amount of waste fraud and abuse and if an an actual audit of expenditures was conducted it would be found and their budget would be reduced accordingly.
Examples?
5 employees driving 5 vehicles to same location to work on same building.
1 raking rocks around outside of building
1 painting exterior
1 painting the interior
1 changing sign out front
