CNN Townhall gave Jack Smith a trial in DC

Trump's CNN townhall where 3+ million viewers tuned in saw Trump toss out the window at least 2 of his defenses in the MAL case that his lawyers have been using. And then, in one of his rants, he made the huge mistake of opening the door for Jack Smith to try the case in DC rather than Florida where he just may have drawn Aileen Canon as the presiding judge - remember her?
