A bit more on weather and forecasts…..
.
This guy does a daily WX update on you-tube. You can subscribe if you want a daily dose.
.
It’s a little rushed, trying to get a LOT of information into an 8-10 minute video - and VERY geeky - but interesting.

I’m a sorta weather geek….I like watching it, thinking about , etc. Especially as it relates to wildfire…
.
NOAA does a series of iterations that look ahead 2, 3, 4, 5 months, etc.
Of course, you have to read these with some skepticism…especially out 3 or 4 + months.
I have been watching these for a dozen years or more…and they dont miss the mark too badly…IMO.

Here are the latest. For JULY/AUG/SEPT for both temperature and precipitation.
You can click on the left hand menus to look any 3 month ‘rolling period’ you want to.
If you look backwards - or forwards - from this one….things dont look much better for us. Unfortunately.

They are updated every THIRD Thursday of the month.
