His 2 security heads testifying in front of the gj and being questioned about the tapes is really just as alarming, if not moreso than his defense team unable to call witnesses in the Carroll case.

Sunday update: Trump's lawyers did not notify court of any changes by the deadline of 5pm Sun so Trump won't be testifying and closing arguments will continue on Monday in the Carroll case. Jury expected to get the case on Tuesday.
