You can read about how Media Matters/Sleeping Giants got Tucker off the air:

https://checkmyads.org/branded/how-we-t ... newsletter

Turns out, their campaign of going after advertisers was successful! His show was not even the most revenue producing one at the end, but Fox was using ads during his time to drive traffic to their other programs and then sell ad spots on those shows. Eventually, they didn’t need him…..
.
Yes, I helped in the campaign.

EXHIBIT 276
Tucker Carlson January 7, 2021 — 04:18:04 PM UTC

"In the message, sent to one of his producers in the hours after violent Trump supporters stormed the Capitol on Jan. 6, 2021, Mr. Carlson described how he had recently watched a video of a group of men — Trump supporters, he said — violently attacking “an Antifa kid.”

"EXHIBIT 276
Tucker Carlson January 7, 2021 — 04:18:04 PM UTC
A couple of weeks ago, I was watching video of people fighting on the street in Washington. A group of Trump guys surrounded an Antifa kid and started pounding the living sh** out of him. It was three against one, at least. Jumping a guy like that is dishonorable obviously. It’s not how white men fight. Yet suddenly I found myself rooting for the mob against the man, hoping they’d hit him harder, kill him. I really wanted them to hurt the kid. I could taste it. Then somewhere deep in my brain, an alarm went off: this isn’t good for me. I’m becoming something I don’t want to be. The Antifa creep is a human being. Much as I despise what he says and does, much as I’m sure I’d hate him personally if I knew him, I shouldn’t gloat over his suffering. I should be bothered by it. I should remember that somewhere somebody probably loves this kid, and would be crushed if he was killed. If I don’t care about those things, if I reduce people to their politics, how am I better than he is?"

Apparently Fox has kept an open file of complaints and dirt on Tucker in case he decides to go after his former employer. Classic.

Its definitely problematic that invisible light (radio and tv waves) are bought and sold by demons to the highest bidding demon. Our radio station license was free only the effort of filing was necessary. Don Ashford was on his station encouraging the community nonprofits to grab up this once in a generation opportunity to participate in free speech. Three Methow FM stations were built under the LPfM filing window. There is one at the catholic church, one at the american legion hall, and Twin Lakes has one also with the Christian broadcast. I run 105.5 FM out of the legion hall in twisp. I am looking for a sponsor for www.KFAC.net at $100 each month to provide a world wide audience for our station. I currently pay the bill for the webpage. Larry Smith sponsors the Christian broadcast website I built for the twin lakes station (Winthrop WA) . www.KTRJ.org

The demons are behaving as demons do and it is best not to pay them any mind since they feed on attention and money.

I suggest maybe idol worshipping TV and the poison and sickness there in has no place in my family's life.

I tend to love music and music runs through my veins. The poison on TV and many commercial radio stations (Don Ashford is awesome and I love him) at this point in history is problematic to maintaining a healthy society. I think it is a cause of disease. They teach you to eat processed foods unhealthy for humans. They encourage eating poison pills every time you don't feel well. Alcohol, meat, soda, its everything to destroy health and mental wellness. Then they get rich patching up sickness with heart surgery and joint replacements because the body fails of no nutrition and over poisoned with monsanto monster meals. I am amazed people live as long as they do with fat bulges and sick consumption of anything but real food.

Then these sick body and mind souls sit in front of the TV and support either a democrat or republican when both are demonized and out for themselves.

Its sickness in all ways. I suggest tuning out the mind control machine as much as possible

'Carlson has been a singular force driving Fox News’ extremism to new lows, single-handedly introducing the white supremacist “great replacement” conspiracy theory into mainstream American politics and becoming a kingmaker in the Republican Party as a result. A 2022 New York Times investigation found that Carlson “amplified the idea that Democratic politicians and others want to force demographic change through immigration” in more than 400 episodes.

Since the November 2016 launch of his prime-time show, Tucker Carlson Tonight, he has been a hero to hardcore racists and extremists for repeatedly hosting guests with ties to white supremacy and defending the QAnon conspiracy theory. He has also been the vanguard of January 6 conspiracy theories on the network.

As a result of Carlson’s success, Fox Corp. CEO Lachlan Murdoch made him the face of Fox's streaming service. Murdoch backed Carlson every step of the way, repeatedly defending his bigotry and conspiracy theories, even as advertisers fled.

Media Matters has extensively documented Carlson’s extremism, including examples of white supremacist commentary going back to 2004, and he was named Misinformer of the Year in 2022, which included a non-comprehensive research file featuring over 350 examples of his misinformation. In 2019, Media Matters unearthed racist and misogynist comments by Carlson on the shock jock radio program Bubba the Love Sponge. Media Matters’ years of coverage drove a massive advertiser exodus from his program.

Below is just a small sampling of the worst of Carlson on Fox News over the years.

In September 2017, Carlson claimed that striving for diversity “gets you to civil war.”
December 2017: Carlson fearmongered that Democrats want “demographic replacement” with a “flood of illegals” to create “a flood of voters for them.”
In July 2018, Carlson characterized “hate speech” as “a made-up category designed to gut the First Amendment and shut you up.”
In September 2018, Carlson said America “was a better country” when it was less diverse.
Carlson warned his audience about threats of white “genocide” in October 2018.
In December 2018, Carlson said immigration makes America “poorer, and dirtier, and more divided.” He subsequently doubled down on the comments, even as advertisers began to flee his program.
Carlson has repeatedly defended Infowars’ Alex Jones. Carlson was a guest on Infowars in 2015, when he claimed then-President Barack Obama was pushing “Nazi” racial politics, and the former Fox host also sourced stories on Tucker Carlson Tonight from the conspiracy theory network.
In December 2019, Carlson labeled children separated from their parents at the border as “people who have no right to be here.”
After the murder of George Floyd, Carlson’s coverage of protests and victims of police brutality hit a new low. In June 2020, he said it’s a “good question” to ask why he is “required to be upset about” Floyd’s death at the hands of a police officer. Two days later, Carlson dedicated his opening monologue to showing photos of unarmed Black people killed by police and smearing them to justify their deaths.
On June 4, 2020, Carlson and his guest agreed the time for “vigilante justice” against protesters is near. He also told his audience that Black Lives Matter protests are “definitely not about Black lives. And remember that when they come for you.” Carlson lost nine major advertisers as a result of his commentary.
In January 2021, Carlson warned his audience they could be the target of a “war on white supremacists.”
The following month, Carlson claimed President Joe Biden would release MS-13 gang members “into your neighborhood.”
September 2021: Carlson described Biden’s immigration policy as “the great replacement” and “eugenics.”
In January, Carlson accused Rep. Sheila Jackson Lee (D-TX) of “blood libel” against white people.
In March, Media Matters reported that texts revealed in Dominion Voting Systems’ defamation suit against Fox News showed Carlson had shared a column a Holocaust denier had written for a white nationalist website. (Media Matters)

A weird habit I had back in the day (during the Cold War) was purchasing the weekly English-language version of Pravda and reading it. I also was an avid student of the Weekly World News, which was a trashy tabloid that you often found at supermarket checkout lines (again back in the day).

I didn't do this for my entertainment, although the Ed Anger column in the Weekly World News was always hilarious. What I was trying to discover was (1) was techniques this media uses to mess with people's heads, and (2) to understand why or how people would believe such obvious crap.

When I actually could stomach watching Tucker Carlson and his ilk I simply point out that his techniques were easily recognizable to me and not that different from what Pravda did back in the 1980s.

It actually is shocking to me, and not immediately obvious, that you can sell a particular position on a complex and emotional political issue using the same basic techniques you'd use to sell breakfast cereal, laundry detergent, or a new car. But that's what all of these people do. And if they can get you to buy Froot Loops because they Are Part Of This Nutritious Breakfast they can get you to vote against your own interests with the same techniques. Or for that matter convincing people that cigarettes were good for their health.

Its been a decade since I have seen Fox News. I have been known to tune to www.NewsMax.com . I gave up CNN completely after the hurricane katrina coverage years ago. Network news is pretty much stupid brainwashing. As a society we should demand our open airwaves of tv and radio are not full the poison we are exposed to today. www.KFAC.net I try to keep KFAC-LP 105.5 FM as family friendly as I am able without money and employees. We have agriculture news from the government on week day mornings and Amateur Radio News on weekends. I take requests from people that know how to contact me. VOICE and Text 509-997-5838 is my cell number.
